We did a new roof back about 3 years ago and so far no issues! It seems as though people get a new roof and all of the sudden the rain stops so you truly don’t know the quality of the new roof you really got… then the rain comes and here come the leaks. In our case after getting a new roof, the rain did come. I do feel it was a bit more expensive than other roofing companies but it was well worth it! Highly recommend this company!

Alex Ramirez who came to do the estimate was very honest and extremely helpful, he guided us through the Insurance process. Alex sat with us and helped us choose a roof that was best for us. We had 2 previous quotes and none were as personal and detailed as his. Alex is extremely knowledgeable in working with the insurance company to ensure that all repairs necessary were addressed and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend Smith & Ramirez Roofing! Great customer service
Smith and Ramirez roofing recently replaced my roof, the quality and customer service was amazing. The owner Mr Ramirez kept in touch with me and helped me with my insurance company. The workers were on time, cleaned up after each day, quietly working. The real test came after the two weeks of 50 miles of wind and rain. If you need a reapir or a new roof this is the company to go with.
